Each individual may register only one (1) vipphh account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change. vipphh is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify vipphh support immediately.
KYC Verification: vipphh is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys ID, or driver's license) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be suspended.
vipphh reserves the right to refuse account registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
vipphh supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your vipphh wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
All funds deposited into your vipphh account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. vipphh reserves the right to return funds to the source payment method and suspend the account if a third-party deposit is detected.
Withdrawal requests are processed within two (2) to four (4) hours for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. vipphh does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
vipphh maintains player funds in accounts separate from operational funds. Your deposited balance is protected and will be returned to you upon account closure, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or pending investigations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vipphh, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the vipphh platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
vipphh's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vipphh account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
vipphh does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the platform at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons.

You may close your vipphh account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days.
Inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month, deducted from the account balance. vipphh will notify you by email before applying any inactivity fee.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and vipphh, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. vipphh will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts.
For disputes relating to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities, you may also escalate your complaint to PAGCOR through their official regulatory channels.
